Q: Do you work with vegetarians, vegans, lacto-ovo-vegetarians, lacto vegetarians and pescatarian?
A: Yes, we will work with and accommodate any dietary lifestyle, but results may be slower and more varied when following certain restrictive dietary lifestyles.
Q: Can I train with you if I’m pregnant?
A: Yes, there are numerous health benefits for pregnant women who exercise. However, during the third trimester training volume and intensity will be kept to a minimum. You will be required to visit your GP first to ensure you are healthy enough to begin exercising.
Q: I have a food allergy/intolerance can I still follow your dietary plans?
A: Yes, food allergies/intolerances are fairly common and can be easily worked around.
Q: If I have a holiday booked mid-way through our training, is this problematic?
A: It depends. A holiday can easily be worked around. Although, you must be aware, it can affect the outcome of your results if you do not follow the training and nutritional advice whilst on holiday.
Q: I have a medical condition can I still sign up to a programme?
A: This will be determined on a case by case basis. Get in touch and explain your condition in detail and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q: Can I sign up for nutritional advise and programming only?
A: Yes, you will still go through the exact same registration process, and during which we will clarify exactly what you want.
