*“Realized I lost all motivation to go to the gym at the beginning of the year and that’s why I decided to reach out to Liam and schedule an assessment. Liam was very professional in creating a program that I could easily follow with a Nutritional platform and detailed gym exercise sent via email. I provided him any habits and requirements (food, time, working schedule etc) and he came up with Plan 1 which was followed by 3 others over a 4 months period. Each plan was customized and gradually followed my progress.

Starting this program, my goal was to run 12 km under one hour time. To do so, the main aspect of the program was to decrease fat mass and strengthened my body with Core and fitness exercises.

*Before working with Liam, I tried training by myself joining several gyms in London, but I did not get very far.

When I did eventually joined Soho Gym in Earls’ Court and I requested for a personal trainer who really knew what to do I was given Liam.

I have been very impressed with how Liam changes the training to suit my needs. He is a very good motivator and helps you realize that you can push yourself further and go to the extra mile. He made sure that my program was something that I could enjoy and it was a lot of fun indeed. He created a training rich in variety, changing the programs regularly.

*”Upon having gained more than 15 Kgs due to a thyroid problem 20 years ago I had always been trying to lose that weight by practicing different fitness disciplines. I started doing weights in 2003 with various personal trainers and Zumba classes for over a year, and even when I lost part of the weight I was not able to reach my end goal: 52 Kgs and a toned body. Although all my trainers talked to me about looking after my diet in combination with my training routine I never listened to them.

I moved to the UK in early 2013 and started trying to find the right gym, fitness classes and trainer.
