This will ensure your nutritional protocols will be specific and tailored to YOU and not generic guidelines and food pyramid charts.</span></p>

This information will allow us to structure and tailor your bespoke training, nutrition and supplementation programme around YOUR lifestyle and specific circumstances.    </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">Initial Nutritional &amp; Lifestyle Analysis:<br />
</span></strong><span class="s1">You will be required to keep a food diary of exactly what you consume over a seven day period. This information will allow me to accurately ascertain how much you’re currently eating and what positive changes need to be made. This will ensure your nutritional protocols will be specific and tailored to YOU and not generic guidelines and food pyramid charts.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Initial compositional assessment using the cutting edge BioSignature method:                                                                                                                    </strong></span><span class="s1">A BioSignature analysis allows you to measure and ascertain a persons body fat percentage, amount of lean muscle mass and where on the body a person is storing large amounts of body fat which can be contributed to certain hormonal profiles and/or imbalances. This information can then be used when designing your training, nutrition and supplementation protocols. Also, we’ll be incorporating a monthly BioSignature analysis and progress assessment.</span></p>

</span><span class="s1">We will perform a series of specific exercises and movements to test your unique muscle fibre make-up. For our busy clients who travel regularly, we will provide detailed videos demonstrating and explaining exactly how to perform and execute each exercise on your training programme correctly.</p>

Within 5 working days your first plan will be sent out via email. Every Saturday, we will send you (via email) a weekly check-in report. This is to be filled out and submitted within 24 hours. This information will allow us to answer any questions you may have and change any aspects of the plan, if necessary.</span></p>

</span></strong><span class="s1">You will be required to keep a food diary of exactly what you consume over a seven day period. This information will allow us to accurately ascertain how much you’re currently eating and what positive changes need to be made. This will ensure your nutritional protocols are specific and tailored to YOU and not generic guidelines and food pyramid charts.</span></p>
