Our 12 week male fat loss programme is the most intensive programme that we offer to date. There is no sugar coating this programme, it’s 12 weeks of gruelling hard work, but if you put in the effort, you will be very happy with the results. 

Who is this programme suitable for?

This programme is ONLY suitable for men who are 100% focused and determined on losing as much body fat as physically possible within 12 weeks. Now, whether you are starting this programme already in good shape and wanting to add the finishing touches to your physique, or overweight and out of shape and want to get the fat loss ball rolling, this programme can be accommodated for you. The programme over the 12 weeks will have 3-5 different phases, dependent upon how your body responds, with each phase being a progression from the previous. This periodised method delivers superior results compared to sticking to the same routine.

How much body fat can I realistically expect to lose in 12 weeks?

The average participant loses between 7-10% body fat and actually gains more muscle. However, it’s a somewhat individual question because rates of fat loss will vary form person to person. If you want to achieve similar results it requires hard work and following the programme to the letter.

The sign up process:

Step 1: Upon signing up to the programme, you will be sent a welcome email containing various assessment forms, documentation and questionnaires.

Step 2: Once you have submitted all relevant documentation, a date/time will be arranged for an in-person consultation/assessment.

Step 3: The assessment process.


This consists of identifying your past and current training, nutrition, medical history, lifestyle and work commitments. This information will allow us to structure and tailor your bespoke training, nutrition and supplementation programme around YOUR lifestyle and specific circumstances.    

Initial Nutritional & Lifestyle Analysis:
You will be required to keep a food diary of exactly what you consume over a seven day period. This information will allow us to accurately ascertain how much you’re currently eating and what positive changes need to be made. This will ensure your nutritional protocols will be specific and tailored to YOU and not generic guidelines and food pyramid charts.

Initial compositional assessment using the cutting edge BioSignature method:                                                                                                                     BioSignature analysis allows you to measure and ascertain a persons body fat percentage, amount of lean muscle mass and where on the body a person is storing large amounts of body fat, which can be contributed to certain hormonal profiles and/or imbalances. This information can then be used when designing your training, nutritional and supplementation protocols. Also, we will be incorporating a monthly BioSignature analysis and progress assessment.

Initial movement screening:
This is where we find out your muscular strengths and weaknesses along with how efficiently your body moves. This information will allow us to really individualise your training programme and ensure continual injury free progress.


This will be a 12 week periodised training programme with each phase building upon the last. The programme will outline exactly what exercises you need to perform in the gym along with repetition ranges, total number or sets, tempo and rest times. For our busy clients, who travel regularly, we will provide detailed videos demonstrating exactly how to perform and execute each exercise on your training programme correctly. 


The nutritional protocols we use will differ greatly over the full 12 week period, with each phase building upon the last, ensuring continual fat loss. Our clients nutritional plans are designed on the cutting edge nutritional software iNutrition pro. The nutritional plans will break down exactly how many calories, macronutrients, meals and fluids you should consume over the 12 week period. 


The supplementation programme will outline any suspected nutritional deficiencies and we will recommend any specific nutrients that could aid your fat loss efforts. 


We recommend 2-4 one to one personal training sessions per week over the 12 week period. All personal training sessions will be conducted at the address found on the contact page.
